I know they told me we have to bring our own hairbrush, but what happens if we forget it? Do they have some there available for purchase?

Unless things have changed. I didn't bring a brush, my daughter has curly hair and we don't "brush" her hair we use a comb, but that was provided and given to Her afterwards.

I was wondering the same thing. Surely they won't turn you away if you don't bring a brush or comb?

We have been many times through the years and they have never even asked for the one we were supposed to bring from home.

Maybe it becomes an issue if the hair is too thick to get a comb through?

We didn't bring one. They just used a comb which was given to us afterwards in her gift bag.

Same here. I always bring it, they never use it. They pull out a brand new comb and then give it to me at the end.

We just did BBB (three days ago!) and we were told to make sure my daughter's hair was brushed first. The fairy godmother used a comb to fix my dd's hair.

When I booked BBB the CM I spoke to said to bring a brush if my daughter's hair was thick or long as it just speeds things up to use a brush first before combing everything out. She explained that the hair would still be combed out and we would get to keep the comb, but that taking the brush would simply make it easier on the CM doing DD's hair and on DD. I plan on taking a brush.
