Hi all :)

We are DVC members. In November, we're staying at the Wilderness Lodge on cash. We're NOT staying at the Villas - just the regular hotel.

My question is : we have a nine year old mildly autistic daughter who has loved the activities at Community Hall when we've stayed at OKW and the BWV. Is it permissible for us to do the activities (like the crafts for example) when we're staying not on points in the hotel part of the Wilderness Lodge? Can we even go in the Community Hall?

Yes, but they are held at the Club's Den:

What activities are available at WL for children?
On select days Wilderness lodge has programs for children: Duck Races on Upper Silver Creek, Pool Games, Fireside Storytelling, (Meet in your pajamas at the Mercantile Fireplace) Beach Games, Penny Toss & Duck Rings.
Daily Activities: Open Crafts and Games in Cub's Den (free)
Children must be accompanied by an adult.

To clarify, WL Villas do not have a DVC community hall. The Cub's Den mentioned above is available to everyone at WL.
