So we just came back from DISNEY and we had an awesome time...I was happy to see someone from DISBOARDS celebrating their daughter's 16th birthday and giving a shout out to DIS BOARDS! Fay didn't keep us down..my daughter's first birthday went awesome..zero to no wait, no heat..rain...but who cares...we got on every ride as many times as we wanted..and the cast members made the trip super special as always...
I have one question...We took my daughter to Toon town to see the Princesses there...and we one of the last people on line..very short wait...There was a disabled girl behind us and a cast member asked nicely if we would let her go first and of course we said it was no problem..the cast member was super sweet...and then we took our turn..but that made us last in line..after all the people had left and we were on our last Princess...I asked if we could take a picture with all three Princesses since there wasn't anyone else in the room and a different older meaner cast member said that it was against policy and they don't usually allow it and they refused...it was my daughter's birthday, and we were very polite and nice...and I just wondered WHY?
It's supposed to be a Year of a Million Dreams..and it wasn't like anyone else would have seen us so a million people would ask for the same thing..I know they give special opportunites to some people sometimes..when it won't affect anyone or if their are special circumstances (disabilites-the girl got a picture with Belle and Aurora my sister said although I wasn't paying attention) Just wondering what the policies are and why they don't...I have a picture from back in the day when I was sleeping in my stroller and Minnie and Mickey came out and stood behind me and were doing the SHHH! pose..but that was like twenty years ago..I just want to know why..all cast members are nice but the end lady was really "unmagical" and mean...
