Question about who is able to book Free DDP today?

Good Morning Everyone,
Just wondering if only Visa cardholders are able to start booking today or is this open to the general public as well today? There are so many threads and I know that everyone was saying 4/9 for Disney Visa Cardholders and April 12th for the general public, is this still the case? Thanks guys......

Yup if you don't hav Disney Visa u must wait till the 12th goodluck!!

That's what I was told too when I finally got through. Only the Visa holders today, the rest not until the 12th. Guess it really does pay!
