Question about weddings

Hi everyone,
My question is i really want to get married in disney but i cant go all out and spend tons of money so i was considering the memories collection. I was looking at all three places conch key marina, nacoosess landing and laua beach. Has anyone had any of the weddings there and can offer what they thought? Any advice on a disney wedding would be very thankful.
