Question about waitlisting?

Our home resort is OKW and we have ressie there in Oct. I called today to waitlist a different resort for 10/23 only since today is the 23rd and I was told I cant waitlist the 23rd til the 24th. Is that correct? She also told me I couldnt waitlist day by day either but I have done that before so I know that is incorrect.

MS is correct about the night of the 23rd. It's seven months from the day of check out, not check in. So that would be tomorrow you could make that request. If you are willing to do a day by day waitlist, meaning you could end up getting two nights and have to move back and forth between resorts, I don't see any reason why you couldn't wait list one day at a time. But I've never done it, so don't really know for sure.

Thanks for the quick answer! Since I knew she was incorrect about the day by day thing I just wanted to make sure she was correct about the dates for making the ressie.
So now for a long 24 hours, lol.
