Not really, no.

From some rooms you may catch a view over the tree tops of some of the higher fireworks but that's about it.

Yes! This photo is from our BC room in March 2010 - at the time it was standard view, but with the new categories it's probably garden view. It's very close to Epcot and the "secret entrance" to BC:

We could hear the music very clearly, and it was a much better view of the fireworks than other areas outside the park, like the bridge between BC and YC.

We stayed in the villas and you can somewhat see them over the trees and hear the music. But the best view of the fireworks was sitting in the pool at the BC stormalong bay.
