Question about VB dues?

I'm in the process of maybe trading points with someone that owns at VB. I'm curious, I realize dues are higher at VB but charging $1 per point traded for 265 points would equal $265 dollars to compensate for difference in dues between the BWV's and the VB's. Is there that big of a difference in dues?

For 2002, VB dues are $4.17/point and BWV dues are $3.92. HTH.
