Question about using Mears

For anyone who has used Mears transportation, I was wondering if I were to book a private SUV to take my family of 5 from MCO to Universal, and later to WDW, does the Mears driver meet you with a sign at baggage claim like the other drivers do? Thanks in advance for your help.

To have someone meet us in baggage claim with a sign, I had to request it and it was an additional $10 (if I remember correctly... could have been $15).

On Friday I booked a car for our September trip and I didn't see that option listed online. I'm not sure if it's still available.
