Question about using 2 TS credits for Sig Dining

Hello All! Had a question that I can't seem to find the answer to so I was hoping someone could help. We are going to be on the regular DDP on our vacation and DH and I were thinking of using 2 TS credits to try Jiko. If we do, would that include an App, Entree, and Dessert? Or just the entree and dessert? TIA!!

You would get an entree and dessert. Going to a signature restaurant doesn't determine what you get, but rather which DDP you have. You would need to be on the DlxDDP to get an app, entree, and dessert.

It may not be advantageous to use 2 TS credits for 1 restaurant on the regular DDP. Post your itinerary and I'll help you pick which ones to use the dining plan on and which to pay OOP.

Thanks for the help! I think you are correct. I think we will either pay OOP for our less expensive table service meals, or just pay OOP for our Sig. SO far I have the following itinerary:
Monday 11/18 Ohana 5:35 pm
Tuesday 11/19 Hollywood and Vine 8:05am
Wednesday 11/20 Be Our Guest 6:40pm
Thursday 11/21 TBD (MK Day) Suggestions Welcome!
Friday 11/22 TBD (HS Day) Suggestions Welcome!

We always enjoy taking the kids to Sci Fi, but doesn't seem like a good use of a TS meal. (Cost wise) Also enjoy Liberty Tree Tavern at lunch (maily for the toffee cake!) But again, not very cost effective. So that is why I was considering paying OOP for one of those. Thanks for any advice you can give!

So which was the day you wanted to go to Jiko?

Hollywood Studios has a short list of dining options:

Brown Derby (2 TS)
Mamma Melrose (1 TS)
Sci-Fi (1 TS)
etc.

You're going to find fans of all those places, so your best bet is to look at the menus and see which one tickles your fancy the most. Obviously, "The Brown Derby" is not going to be on your list since it's 2 TS if you're going with a regular dining plan. The DxDDP wouldn't make sense unless you did all 2 TS restaurants.) Have you thought about the Fantasmic Dining Package for your HS day? You didn't mention whether or not you plan on any character dining. How many in your party? Have you thought about which QS places you will be using on your trip, too?
