question about upgrading a ticket to AP

On an upcoming trip, my sister will have a 7 day park hopper ticket as part of our package. She also has 2 one-day park tickets. Is it possible to "pool" those together to upgrade to an annual pass and save even more money? Or could she only do that with one of the tickets?
