Question about Universal Surveys

Universal is always looking for feedback and always has numerous surveys to fill out on-line. I'm one of those people who always fills them out, mostly hoping to win park tickets offered for completing them, but to also offer some honest feedback. My question is, has anyone who has completed one of their surveys ever won anything by completing them? Secondly, has Universal ever responded to any of the feedback you left whether negative or positive? Thirdly, have you ever noticed something they may have changed or added by something you suggested on one of those surveys?

i have received feedback from TM staff on my comments made on the surveys.

and, i have seen changes based on consumer requests.

I've never won anything from doing a survey but then I again...I don't win anything most of the time.

I've never been directly contacted by Universal but have seen some of the results from different surveys in the form of tickets or ticket packages...mainly for HHN.
