Does WDW offer transportation from their property to Sea World? My niece thought she heard something about Disney having a bus to SW from TTC for $1.50 but I've never heard of this. :scratchin That doesn't mean anything though....I'm spoiled on Disney!! :bounce:

Thanks for any input!!

She may be talking about the local public transportation - LYNX. I'm not sure if there's a direct route from MK to Sea World but you could check their website. I've also heard of people taking Mears shuttles from their resort to Sea World.

Disney does not provide transportation to Sea World.

Yes, I have been trying to find the same thing out. On the Lynx website you can find a time table - it leaves from the Magic Kingom TTC. I am trying to decide if we should go there or just take a cab from out hotel - there are 5 of us so Mears will be expensive as it is per person.

Anyone have experience getting to Sea World?

We used the Lnyx system in '03. It worked very well. It leaves from the TTC and goes to the parking lot area of SeaWorld. Just be sure to tell the driver, when you board, that you are going to SeaWorld. We thought someone else had told the driver this, and we ended up having to hike back to SW..took about 15 minutes! When you are ready to leave, just walk through the parking lot, cross the street and you will find a bus stop with the Lynx pawprint on it. That's your stop. Be sure to have the exact change also. It took about 25 minutes to get there from TTC.

When you get to the TTC is it easy to find the bus stop?

Yes, just ask any cast member to direct you to MK/TTC "bus parking".

The Lynx route you need to board to go to Sea World is Lynx "50". Lynx busses are well marked.

Be sure to check with the Lynx driver for the latest return to MK TTC.

does anyone have the time schedule and fare info? princess:
is there a site for the bus? princess:

Many thanks for all your help on this forum - this is exactly the information I required. :thumbsup2

Glad also to hear that the Lynx bus system works well: it seems cheap and efficient. Whilst I don't want to be spending a fortune, I also don't want to waste hours of my time sat on a bus. Lynx seems regular with comparable travelling times to using a car.

This is simply further proof that ORLANDO HAS EVERYTHING!
