We would like to stay one night at POR and then transfer to WL. I know we won't have a problem with transferring our luggage, as we have done this before. My question is, if we take a towncar, the price for an epcot resort and a MK resort are different. Can we still get a round trip ticket and how much would it be? Also, can you DME to one hotel and have them pick you up at another? Any word on 2007? Will they be having DME and will it cost us? :scratchin

You can still use a town service. In 2004 we stayed at the POFQ and then moved to the Poly. We used Tiffany Towncar service and their rate was the same no matter what resort you stayed in.
If you stay in two different resorts you can still use Magical Express I would make sure they have the correct info when you check in at the counter at the airport and again at the Concierge desk at your final resort.
Magical Express will most likely be in use in 2007, Disney has put a lot of money into this project. What the cost will be or if there will be a charge is anyone's guess.

That actually depends on the car service you use. I use Sunray Transportation and they don't charge different prices for Epcot/MK. It's one price for towncars, SUVS, vans, etc., to anywhere in Orlando area. Makes it real easy to figure out - one reason I like using them. However, I don't see why you wouldn't be able to get a round trip with whatever company you have in mind. You should be able to all and ask for a quote for your particulars.

Hopefully someone will have more up-to-date info on DME in 2007. Last I heard, they haven't released any info on what they're planning for 2007.

Cheers!
