Ok, I have a question about total room occupancy. My youngest daughter is turning 4 this mount and so we would not all fit in a standard room at any of the resorts. Just a thought on possibly putting her as a 2yr old for booking the room, but also purchasing tickets for her and put them on a separate band.... Mainly because I hate the thought of spending another $1000 just for an extra room. Do you guys think this would work or should I just bite the bullet and pay of another room? We are a family of 6.

Sad to say, but this plan will not work. Your next options would be the Art of Animation suites, family suites at the All Star Music, cabins at Fort Wilderness, rent a RV at FW or stay of property. Staying off property is really not a bad option, you will certainly get more bang for your buck with this option.

I think you already know the answer to your question, you are a family of six and need to book a room that will accommodate all six of you.

I would stay off property if I could not afford the two rooms. I would be miserable with 6 people in one value or moderate room (even if it were allowed).

Nope. It won't work. Getting caught will mean being told to immediately find other accommodations.

If you want to stay somewhere cheaper, there are many offsite vacation homes that will accommodate all of you for under $100 per night.

It's the price you have to pay for having a bigger family. If you think that paying for a Disney vacation is expensive, just wait until those kids head off to college!

Purely on a practical level booking fastpasses would be harder. Disney resort advantage of 60 day would apply to only 5 out of 6.

If Disney resort works best then i would book 2 rooms or cabin or family suite. Yes it will be an additional $1000 but you probably are already spending a lot for a Disney vacation so I wouldn't chance ruining the vacation by being squished in one room. Having 2 bathrooms, being able to put youngest down for a nap in one room and everybody else in another room, ease of connecting room reservation and tickets would make extra cost worth it to me.

Or if you will have a car anyway then stay at Bonnet Creek or http://www.palisadesvacations.com/ .

Stay off site. It's cheaper and gives you a ton more space anyway.

You know what Disney's rules are for accommodations and ticketing. Coming here to ask whether it's okay to lie is pointless. Thread closed.
