Question about tickets please

I am about to book my trip, for Octobert. Itis cheaper for me to book directly through disney, room and tickets sep. no package. My question is I really like the credit card type cards I have gotten when I book a package that is good for your room and parks.

If I also book my tickets through disney will I get those cards or just the paper thingy's????

Also because they would be non refundable if we have to cancell. How late can I order my park tickets???
