Need a little help. Husband and I are thinking of going to Universal and IOA sometime this summer. He can get tickets from work, but I'm not sure exactly what they include cause I have never been and dont know about the Universal Express. Heres the description.

Universal Studios Florida - Adult 3-Day
Ticket includes admission to Islands Of Adventure and Universal Studios Florida (unlimited Park to Park Access - visit both of the parks within the same day), Universal Express - Express Attraction Access and Admission to select CityWalk live entertainment venues. All 3 days of use must be used within seven days of first use. Expiration date on ticket 12/31/2030.
Your Price: $93.00

So my question is, What does Universal Express Consist of? Is this the option everyone who goes to Universal is entitled too and they can run out, or is it something else? I have heard theres 3 different types but I dont really know much else. Also is this a good price for these tickets? I appreciate any info anyone can give. Thank you

From what I am reading, it is just letting you know you have ACCESS to the express passes. They are kind of like Disney fastpasses and are available to anyone. You go to a kiosk and, when available (they do run out) it will print you an express pass for a particular ride. Your best bet for express riding is to stay on-site...your room key serves as an express pass, letting you skip the regular lines and head straight for the express entrance!

As far as the price, it depends. How long will you have at the parks? You can get another ticket on the universal website: 5 days for 2, for about the same price.

Thank you very much for your response. The first time I read the ticket description I thought it meant it was included then I read it again and I thought they were just letting you know they do have it availalable to use. We would probably only be in the parks for 3 full days and we could go for 1/2 a day on the day we leave, so I will check out the website for prices. If its close to the same price or just a little more I would get it at the Universal site just to spend the extra 1/2 day there. Another quick question, If you book one of there hotels through Priceline, do you still get front of the line(express)? I would assume yes, but just checking. Thanks again!

To my knowlege, Universal hotels are not available through priceline. I have heard that they sometimes come up on hotwire. You can also get them through hotelkingdom.com and orangevacations.com

Then the answer is yes...you still get FOTL access!
