Question about the Wedding Pavilion

Can anyone tell me if there is a table of any sort inside the entry area of the WP where we could put a small basket holding our programs? In every photo I could find, I've only seen large mirrors with low "shelves" just above the floor. I'm hoping there's something taller that I can put our programs on for guests to take as they enter. Can anyone help me out?

I know they have pilars - like columns. We had one for our memory candle at the altar. I'm sure they can put that at the entrance if you requested them.

That's an idea...maybe I could even have them set up a small table with a colored cloth over it if there's nothing else there to put the programs on.

Maybe you could have somebody hand out the programs as people walk in? My planner mentioned this as apparently you get a team of people on your wedding day, so this is what we are doing.

My planner had a very pretty basket set up on a pillar as our guests walked into the WP.

Our planner gave us a basket also. When you drop things off at Franck's for your planner (pre wedding) you can include the programs and they will put them in a basket in the entryway of the pavilion. The basket is sitting on one of those pillars. It would probably be good to tell your planner in advance this is what you want.
