Question about the Swan $139 pricing

First post here so hopefully this has not been asked a million times already. I just found out about the $139 rate at the Swan. Is it still possible to get the Magic Your Way package with the free dining if we stayed at this resort or does it have to be an official Disney resort? Thanks

You can't even pay for MYW Dining or use Magical Express if you're staying at the Swan or Dolphin.

I dont know how true this is but we were told by Disney that the Swan/ Dolphin are not owned by them but are Disney hotels and you can use all transportation and the Magical Express.

We are doing a split stay this Oct for the 1st time. WL Concierge will be the 1st 3 nights and then 2 nights at the Swan . They are even moving our luggage for us .
I would just call and check it out with Disney

Thanks for the help. We will have to weigh our options and see which we would rather do, stay at the Swan without the free dining option or stay at a moderate resort with it. We have stayed at the Dolphin before and POFQ so the Swan may be our choice.
