Are you still allowed to play it on Tuesday or is it no longer playable on Tuesday

From the wording, I think that you'd be able to play through the first, which would include Tuesday. That's how it normally works for VMK's dates, but I wouldn't gamble on it either...

I think it will probably be open all day Tuesday.

In the event you are considering double capture points on Tuesday, I just wanted to throw out there that your points come from ship battle in the quest.
