Question about the poly and luggage service

Hi All

I am headed to the poly in a few weeks and the last two times I have been there I have had issues getting my luggage to the room. I thought it was supposed to be delivered to the room while you were in the park, but the last two visits it was not, and it was very difficult to locate it and get it there in time for dinner reservations. Anyone else have these troubles, or just me?

I think their 'guideline' is that the luggage will be delivered w/in 3 hours of your checkin at the resort.

We were at Poly in early May and checked in ~3pm. Luggage had not arrived by the time we had to head to Ft. Wilderness for Mickey's Backyard BBQ, but we hadn't expected it to be. It was there when we got back later that night.

We've never had an issue with luggage delivery at the Poly. It does usually take a few hours.

DME tries to deliver luggage to the room within 3 hours of when you checked in. We've used DME many times and only once was it not in our room. We called bell services and it was delivered immediately.
