Question about the plan

We are planning on having lunch at lecellier and my kids are very picky. The appys they are offering on the plan they would never touch. Would they let them get chicken fingers as there appy instead of duck 2 ways or shrimp? They are all over 10.

You can ask, but I don't see a chicken appetizer, period.

Le Cellier has a grilled chicken sandwich on the lunch menu but I can't imagine a restaurant letting you substitute an entree for an appetizer.

You can ask, maybe you can get something like applesauce otherwise just order an extra appetizer "for the table".

Are they not considered adults, being over 10? We loved LeCellier, but you may have a point about choices for them. We did Concourse Steakhouse last week, and we loved it. The choices, even on kids menu were very good. My 3 princesses loved their meals. They were offered more choices than at LeCellier. I know this is off subject, and we still love LeCellier, but choices are so limited there for younger persons, even 10 years old and over.

What about salad? There is a Caesar's salad on the dinner menu. Maybe they'll do one for your kids for lunch or perhaps they can bring them veggie sticks from the kid's menu. Will they eat soup? Or you can get a cheese plate and sample that and your kid's can eat bread sticks. A 3 course meal at lunch is a lot of food- they won't miss the appetizer.
