I would really like to get a box of pieces for my son when we're in DL in June. He loves his Mr. Potato Head. About how many pieces can you fit in a box? What's the price for the box of pieces?

The price is $18.00. It depends on how you cram them in as to how many will fit.

You can get quite a few pieces, especially of the smaller ones. If you are going to be getting the potato too (you don't have to) make sure you open the back and put pieces inside it. As long as you can close the box, you'll be okay. We've done it 3 times now (once at DL and twice at WDW), and I'm getting really good at stuffing the box.

Have fun!

Ooh, we just did this yesterday and had so much fun! We got a lot of stuff in. No potato, just all the fun accessories. I'll try to take a picture tomorrow or so and post it.

Let me post what I remember, though. Buzz Lightyear and Incredibles bodies. 2 Incredibles arms and 2 regular arms (supposedly the regular potato arms aren't compatible with the Disney accessories that need to be held). 2 Mickey hands. Princess hat/Mickey ears, 2 pairs of Mickey ears (regular and Year of a Million Dreams), Minnie bow, Sorcerer Mickey hat/ears, crown. Regular Mickey feet and Buzz feet. Camera, ticket, autograph book, wand, Mickey balloon, Mickey ice cream, glass slipper on pillow, lanyard, potato name tag, Mickey eyeglasses, camera. Three pairs of eyes, two mouths. Phew! I know I'm probably missing some stuff.

I have a question, though. What the heck is the name tag, etc., supposed to hook onto?

could someone please post pics i have never seen these and i am really interested. so are my kids. we love mr. potato head and would love to disney him upprincess:

I am very interested in this as well. I remember seeing them way back when, but I did not have children then so I never paid attention. Now my soon to be 4 year old loves Mr. & Mrs. so I will have to get her a bunch next week when we go. She just got $50 in Disney Dollars last weekend so she is set on those for sure!

Here is a picture of what I got in one box last May.

Can someone tell me where the store is located? I know I read it somewhere but forgot to write it down..sorry first timer here!:)

Thanks, maybe this will be something good for my son to collect my dd already collects pins and snowglobes.

I read somewhere about a giant potato head that you could pack pieces in for about $50. Anyone seen this or have a pic?

We just returned from WDW 10 days ago, and at least at WDW, after you fill a box for $19, you can buy individual pieces for $2 each. Not a good deal for smaller pieces, but not bad for the larger ones -- which can take up precious box space.

Disneyluvr, I did see that giant potato. It's potato shaped, clear plastic. Maybe a foot tall? You could fit a lot in it. $48. And it would be a cute storage case after, too.

I asked at DLR if I could buy pieces separately and they said no :(. But maybe it was just the CM I was talking to.

It was $18 and we fit over 30 pieces......

We already had the actual Mr. Potato Head, so we just needed more parts :)

P.S - Might be a no brainer for most, but just in case, if you DO get the actual Mr. Potato Head, be sure to fill IT up with parts FIRST ;) I saw a lady who left hers empty and then tried to stuff around parts. I let her know that it would be a lot more worth it if she stuffed parts inside of him first ;) She was very grateful LOL.

It's in DCA right when you walk in (to the right side just past the bathrooms/lockers). It's called "Imagine-Ears" :)
