Question about the Judge's Tent

I'm sure this is something that everyone else has already known, but we just for the first time went into a different room at the Judge's Tent to meet Mickey and Minnie. We were there earlier this month, and we went into a room and I told my husband that it was a different room and even though it looks the same, I swear it is different. So tell me that there are two identical rooms in the judge's tent, that they use both of them to keep the line moving. Or something like that. In other words, help me not think I'm crazy.

Thanks in advance.

I believe I've read there are even more than 2 identical rooms, for exactly the reason you say -- to keep the line moving.

You're not crazy. ;)

if you think that is weird... you should go to DisneyLand! They have 4 rooms that are 4 different types of Mickeys! There was Mickey, steamboat (Willie) Mickey, Mickey as a band leader and Fantasmic Mickey! Well we went in 2004 before I knew anything about Disney and didnt understand what was going on!

It's been many years since we saw Mickey at the Judges Tent but I think I counted something like five doors where people were exiting from visiting Mickey. That was back in 2004 though.

Now THAT would be cool!

I would be complaining if I wound up with the wrong Mickey. I like today's Mickey and so do my kids. Of course, it's WDW, why complain! :)

well me and DH kept seeing pictures of Mickey in his regular outfit and we kept getting all the other Mickey's! I kept asking where we could find the "regular" Mickey to the CM's and them keep looking at me like I was nuts!!
One CM said to us "Mickey is magical and can be in all places and 1 time wearing many outfits!" we looked at each other like she thought we were 5 years old! Finally one CM came over and explained to us how there was different rooms and to ask for the one we wanted!

:cool1:

I'm not crazy. Thanks guys. That is cool about Disneyland. The last time I was there was in 1996, but hoping for another trip soon, so we will have to check that out.

can't help but appreciate that he's SO into the notion of portraying Steamboat Willie that he's wearing a long sleeve black tee as opposed to simply being shirtless.
