Do all of the rooms at the Grand have a balcony?

No.
The room I had last time had a sliding door that only opened about 5 inches.
There was a railing right there blocking anything from going out.

Some certainly do...not sure what the breakdown by category is if any but I have had lots of rooms with balconies.

There are approximately a dozen rooms without balconies, out of 1000 rooms.

Wow I must have some luck, cause I ended up with one of those. I thought a lot of the rooms that face the main entrance/parking lot don't have balconies?
