I've been reading some about the plans-Gold Silver and Platinum...these includes meals, right?

Do you reserve these type reservations thru WDTC? How do the prices compare? We did concierge last time, so these plans are very intriguing to me...

Silver Plan includes 2 magical wishes per day per person and is $68 additional per person per day

Gold Plan includes 3 meals a day and much more $139 per adult per day additional

Platinum - $199 per adult per day additional.

Here is an overview of what each includes, on the left are the links to each plan

We took the platinum plan for this comming Dec and booked it through AAA so we would get a 20% discount. The reson we choose this over concergie was that it gave us more options for entertainment such as the fireworks cruise and tours that were not included for almost the same price if we had elected to stay the 11 nights at the concergie rate. You also get a planner who contacts you to make sure you get full use of the package so taking it all into considerations we are going this way this time. Besides everything my DH thought the idea of room service being included was great.

You start with the "Dream Maker" package and then you add onto that with any of the following plans: Bronze Plan, Silver Plan, Gold Plan, Platinum Plan, and even some sort of honeymoon plan. Depending upon which plan you book, the features will vary.

In January I took the liberty of typing up each of those plans and posting them here on the Dis. I had received a lot of requests to do that, and I was happy to help in any way that I could (note: I am not a travel agent, just a member of the Dis community like everyone else). The information that I typed up came directly from the brochures that I had received from Disney. I'll post the links to those threads below:

You may book any of those vacation package plans through the WDTC or any travel agency. If I go through with my plans for a package this Fall, I will be using the owners of the Dis website, Dreams Unlimited Travel. I've used Dreams for a few of my Disney vacations and I have been very pleased with them (this is all my humble opinion).

Please take the time to look through each of the package plans and decide which one will be right for your vacation. Remember, with all things Disney, everything is subject to change at any point in time, so if you do book a package plan, make sure to verify what features your package will include. And when you come back from your package plan vacation, please let us know here on the Dis how it went. And don't forget to take lots of photos! :D
