Question about the concierge service?

I am staying at the Poly in concierge I was wondering can they buy tickets for you off site? I want to take my daughter to see the titanic exhibit and I didn't know if it would be easier to have them get the tickets or I get the tickets when I am there. Also I have a coupon get 50 percent off. So it might just be easier if I do it, right??

Any info would be great. I have only used them for PS and to pre buy stuff to put in the room for my girls. What else do you ask them to do for you?

The best thing to do, is drop them an e-mail and ask. If it's something that they have access to, then I'm sure it won't be a problem. I don't know how they would handle your 50% off coupon though. Is there a code or something on the coupon? If so, just pass that information along to them.
