Well tax season is comming up, and I have a question for those who are knowledgable about IRS/taxes. What is the deadline for employers to send out there tax info to the IRS? TIA!
If you mean W-2 forms, then Jan. 31st is the date by which employers are required to mail out W-2 forms to their employees. If you don't receive a W-2 by Feb. 15th, you should contact the IRS.
If you really wanted to get a jump on things, you could start filling out your 1040 based on your YTD salary and withholding info from your 12/31 paystub. That way, you're mostly done and just have to wait to get your W-2 in order to file.

Oh..you bet I have! I already have the 2006 version of TaxCut, and it is all filled out. All I have to do is wait for the W4s, 1099s,etc. and change my estimates to exact amounts.

Hehehe, I'm halfway though that. lol I'm expecting a better refund then last year what with medical/school/child expenses and credits. Enough to pay for our WDW vacation and some for savings.. Come on Tax season!!
