Question about Targe 75.00 BF purchase for 20% shopping pass

I tried. RedCard and pharmacy rewards worked, 20% did not.

Hey, I know the 20% isn't working on the giftcards but were you able to combine the 20%, 5% redcard, and 5% pharmacy on other purchases? I plan to buy a lot of stuff for Christmas and 30% off would be great!! Thanks!!

I know for a fact that the 5% red card savings works with 20% (just used it). Not sure about pharmacy discount though.
Still a great savings on everything other than gift cards :)

FYI: 20, 5 and 5 are not added together. Each percentage would be taken off the remaining balance, so it would be 27.8% off, not 30% off.

Same thing for Pharm 5% + RC 5% - it's actually 9.75% off.

Can we still use Target and MQ with the 20%? It says cannot be combined with storewide or category/department coupons, but I should still be able to use coupons for grocery and household items like garbage bags, right?

My purchases were $210. I asked about the gift card, she said it was excluded, but she said we could try it. So, she scanned the $50 gift card, scanned the coupon, and it took off $41. Then she told me it worked. Um, NO, it did NOT work. If it had, then the discount would have been $52 because the total went up to $260. So, no luck for me.

It is worthwhile to note that the gift card says GIFT CARD across the top, so convincing them to consider it something other than a gift card would be a long shot.

So does anyone know if the 20+5+5 works? I am talking about other items (not Disney gift cards)

I can also confirm the 20 + 5 + 5 will work.

As for the department coupons, I has some cartwheel department %'s off and it did seem to also take the 20% off of those, which was cool. This makes me wonder if the ink coupons and text message coupons won't stack, but the cartwheel does? I know I've been having fun with their new "1 manufacturer, 1 Target + 1 cartwheel" policy for some items. We drink a ton of coffee.

Be careful what you say on here we got someone closing this sites about the coupon.:confused3

They just don't want us to argue or pick on each other. It's ok to state what their actual clear policies are, especially when they are not ones we can even argue about being true. Target's official policy is one manufacturer coupon, one Target coupon (print or mail) and cartwheel can be used for each item. It's what the program is made for. The text message coupons also count as a Target coupon, so you don't get to use a paper one and scan a mobile/text coupon for the same item.

The 20% off coupon says it doesn't work with department wide coupons, but my receipt from Sunday shows that my cartwheel coupons worked and it also took 20% off of that reduced amount the same way specific item coupons worked. No override, it just scans in that way. It makes me wonder if it means it doesn't work with paper department wide coupons but if cartwheel doesn't fit in the same way (maybe not considered a coupon? It is set up like a reward program). I scanned it for my coffee discount, which is not a department coupon but still got a % off of some that I interpreted as being department only.

I saved almost $100 on a $275+ checkout yesterday by combining Target printables, MQs, Target mobile offers, Cartwheel, the 20% coupon and my REDCard. That doesn't even include the savings from sale prices. As was previously stated, you cannot use more than one Target coupon (printable, mobile or Cartwheel) per transaction plus one MQ per item up to 4 like coupons.

In other words, if you have a Target printable for Kleenex, and a mobile coupon for Kleenex too, you cannot apply both. You also cannot print out 2 Target coupons and use them to buy 2 same items in one transaction.

You also cannot walk into Target with a fistful of identical coupons that you got from the Sunday papers (or printed from an online source). They limit you to 4 in a single transaction.

Yes, I was able to use the 20% (plus my redcard 5%) to get 10 Disney Gift cards. But....I seem to be very much in the minority!! I guess I just got very lucky, and my target is wonderful. The cashier never even blinked, just said, "No problem, we know the coupon won't ring up with the gc's, but we can enter it manually". I seriously could have kissed her, LOL. I think I thanked them (the manager had to come put in a code) a million times, and they just replied, "Just have fun at Disney for us!". I told my daughter, "See? Disney magic is EVERYWHERE". :)

Got a couple of more Targets to try, but so far, no luck in my neck of the woods :(

Wow - that's great! Where is your target?

Hmm ... there seems to be a common assumption posted about the TARGET
locations that approved the 20% off the Disney Cards.

Those stores appear to have some employees that frequent DISNEY
and are familiar with buying Disney Cards at TARGET

I think that's a good thing ... KARMA
Those who received the 20% Discount/Disney Card got a bit of *pixie dust* (TARGET style)
