Question about Swan and buses

The Epcot skyliner will be down during our stay in January. I realize from the Swan, we can walk to Epcot and DHS (how far is it?) but how are the busses to the rest of the parks?

I saw the AP discounts for our stay but right now there is nothing in the resorts I’d like to stay at, except maybe AK for the same price (roughly) as the Swan so while I made a reservation for the Swan, it’s cancellable and I can change it.

You can ride the Friendship boats to both Epcot and DHS if you don't want to walk. The walk to Epcot is about 10-15 minutes (much faster than riding the boat). The walk to DHS is about 20 - 30 minutes (it's faster to take the boat).

The bus to MK drops off at the TTC - you can then either take the ferry or the express monorail to MK. We did not find this to be terribly onerous, however, if you would like a bus that goes directly to the MK bus stop, you can walk to the Boardwalk or the Yacht Club and take the MK bus from there. We did not take the bus to AK so I can't comment on that.
