question about SSR incentive(s)...

Got a card in the mail offering a $1200.00 discount to sign before June. Also saw on the website that there is a free Disney vacation offer for those that purchase. Can you get both of these incentives or do you have to choose?

Also, what is the deal with the freee Disney Vacation offer?

If this is a new purchase you have to choose. You either get the $8 off per point ($1200 off of 150 points) or 100 points to use for a trip this year (free vacation). Since you can rent points for $10/point the $8 off option gives you the ability to rent 120 points or you can rent 100 and save $200. Basically, the $8 off option is better no matter how you look at it.

Also-
People who already own get to have both as an add on incentive. They also get their dues paid for the add on for 2005.

New Members get the free dues too. We just made our SSR deposit on Monday night and we don't owe dues until January 2006.

25 minimum points to add on. 50 minimum points for a DISNEY financed add-on. 120 points minimum for incentive.

Incentive is $8 off per point. 100 one time bankable bonus points. Dues paid for add on and bonus points for 2005.

So, the "free" vacation is for this Use year or next UY.
