Question about spanning Regular and Value seasons

I was able to use a code to get a discount on my package at POFQ Nov 25 - Dec 1. After reading these boards I asked my travel agent whether the supplier (Holiday House in Canada) 'split' the room reservation so that I would get an even cheaper rate from Nov 26 on. She said that is the discount rate, that is the cheapest you can get. Can you get the two room rates even with the Magic Your Way package with park tickets and dining?

you are paying the higher rate for the whole trip. Disney does not change rates mid stay. The season difference is $16 per night. The problem you will run into is you have to buy tickets with the package. If you are getting in late on the 25th (or not planning to do the parks that day), you could do a room only reservation and start your package the next morning, including the tickets and dining.
