I know this has been asked before but I cant remember. We have family that we visit in Cali. She told me that she goes to buy everyone's tickets at one time and that that is the only time you have to show ID. She says you don't have to show id when you actually use the ticket. Anyone have experience with this? I would hate for her to buy the tickets if it turns out we cant use them. She says that is how they have always done it.

Sometimes they ask, sometimes they don't. If they ask you will not be allowed to use the tickets.

I agree with kerri, sometimes they ask and sometimes they dont. If they do you will not be allowed to enter the park with those tickets and it would be a waste. So the decision is yours to make.

usually the only time they ask is if they put a name on the ticket.

A southern California resident can buy up to 8 tickets per ID, so they only ask the one person when buying the tickets. It is totally legit. :)
