Are all Signature Restaurants like Le Cellier where dinner is 2 credits and lunch is only 1?

No. Brown Derby and CRT are the only ones open for lunch and they are 2 credits. The rest are dinner only.

CRT is not a Signature Dining location, it is just a Character Dining Experience that costs 2 credits.
