Question About Sharing a Room/Dining Plan

We are working out whether or not we can share a villa with our friends who will be there at the same time next year. Regarding the Dining Plan, does that mean every person in the room has to have it? This is a separate family, but if they take the other bedroom in the villa, does that mean every single person in that villa has to have the same plan/package? This isn't a deal breaker, just trying to get all the information together before making a decision .

We are using our DVC points and using a two bedroom villa at beach club in December. Another family is joining us. Our family wants to do the regular dining plan, and the other family wants to do the Deluxe. According to Disney, everyone on the same reservation must be on the same dining plan.

Also, your dining credits are pooled together for the room/suite. You'd have to keep track of who is using what credits.
