Question about Saratoga Springs

If I purchase resale at SSR my family would have to stay in the 2 bedroom villas or treehouses. Are these 2 reservations difficult to get at the 11 month mark for 1 week stays in October? I've read that 1 bedrooms are easier to get, but we're a family of 5 and it looks like a 1 bedroom wouldn't accommodate us.

Neither reservation is difficult at 11 months.

FWIW, a Saratoga 1BR will sleep 5, but you have to bring your own BED for the 5th guest.

At 11 months, you should have ZERO issues getting a room at SSR. SSR is HUGE. There is a max of 792 2-bedroom villas and 60 treehouse villas at SSR.

I wouldn't think that you would have any issues at 11 months. Just remember that a 2 bedroom lock-off is a studio and a 1 bedroom. Studios tend to go first so they could affect the lock-offs if all of the studios get booked.

At 7 months you could switch to OKW, BLT or AK-K 1 BR, each of these have beds for 5 people. Also Ak-K and BLT will have 2 Bath room in the 1 BR unit.

I have no knowledge of the tree house availability. Just buy where you will not mind staying, as it is getting more and more difficult to switch at the 7 month point for much of the year.

This is not the case at SSR, BWV, BCV or BRV.

And bring your own towel for the fifth person as well. You'll only have four. Don't forget the sheets, blankets, etc for the air bed.

From what I've seen the tree houses are generally available at the seventh month mark. Even up to a few weeks ago, well past the seventh month window they were available for October.

Good to know! We won't be interested in them for every trip, but I think my FIL would absolutely love them! Maybe I could convince him to go if he saw this location. haha!

Good luck convincing FIL! We've been trying for five years with no luck. At least MIL is willing to go without him.
