How long do I have to add tickets and the dining plan to this reservation?

Thanks!

The dining plan must be added at least 3 days (72 hours) prior to arrival. But one thing to keep in mind is if you have a room only booked, adding tickets and DDP makes it a package, which are two different reservations. If you do this, your room only will have to be cancelled/refunded and a package booked, requiring a new $200 deposit (or payment in full if you're less than 45 days prior to arrival). Deposits and any money paid toward a room only cannot be transferred to a package, and the same goes for going from a package to a room only.

Thank you! Does that mean I will lose the rate that I have booked for the room only?

I assume you're talking about a GP offer or PIN code.....you should be able to change and not lose that rate. I have changed from room only to a package after being booked with a BB offer and I kept the rate ;). The only thing that needed to be done was Guest Services had to make the change so I wouldn't lose the discount since it was a BB offer and technically was longer available for booking. If you're still within the booking window for the discount, a regular reservation CM should be able to make the change; but if the booking window has expired, Guest Services will have to do it :).

It was the room only discount that expired on Dec 31. So it's outside of the window. So do I call a different number or something? Thanks so much!

Just call the regular reservation number and tell the CM what you want to do. Once they pull up your reservation they should see that you are booked with a discount, but just make sure you tell them that you want to add tickets and dining (making it a package) without losing the discount. If they say that can't be done, ask to speak with someone in Guest Services. If for some reason they won't transfer you and/or won't speak to Guest Services for you, just hang up and call back to speak to someone different. Hope this helps.....good luck :).
