Question about room keys

We are going to Disney for Thanksgiving week. We will have two rooms in our group and I was wondering if the keys could be coded for both rooms since my daughter will probably floating between the two?

Yes, they can do that. I stayed at POFQ with 3 friends, we had 2 rooms next to each other (but not connecting). All 4 of our keys opened both rooms.
