I have partaken in all of the ride events, but i have never been the team leader. Now that I'm building my own ride, I have a question. When VMK sends confirmation of your team to be in the running for a prize, do they send that confirmation by e-mail or is it an in-game pm?

Some players received emails, some in-game pm's. Mine was approved in-game. Make sure you are able to receive emails from vmk. :) Good luck!

oops ignore this . I misread your post and thought it was about signing up and receiving an email

I have a question also. Where do you sign up and when. I have never done one of these and i'm really confused.

When registration opens, there will be an option for it on the drop-down menu you get when you click on the "contact us" link located at the bottom of VMK's home page. Make sure you have everything spelled correctly and include everything that's required. That information is located within the Yavn Speaks section of the newsletter.
Good luck!

Yes, details are in the newsletter, and I could swear it said you will NOT get an email confirming your registation...

You WILL NOT receive a confirmation email about your registration and only registered players will be judged.

Now this could be troublesome... I mean will we know if we sent it in correctly...

Also from reading the entry information it seems we ONLY list the START room and not the other rooms... does that seems like that is right??

So for example my first room would be titled Space Race BellHop and that is it?

Also, do we have to put the title of each of our rooms.. or do we just list the first. Because in past events, I remember the leader having to send the exact title of every room the team was doing.

Actually according to the news letter it should be SpaceRaceBellHop

Yes according to the newsletter that is the way it should be but if you try to actually name the room that it will not allow it. As I posted in another thread Hula was asked about this the other night and she did say spaces were ok in the title and in fact that was the only way you could do it. So unless they add to the dictionary SpaceRaceTitle for everyone there is no way that the example in the newsletter will work.
