Question about rewards programs

I have an account w/ cd and fc and I notice that they have the same offers most of the time. Can I sign up for offers from both sites? I don't want to do anything that could get me banned from either site.

They are doing a huge crack down on fraud, so you want to make sure that you are not dupicating things!! Especially the high payout ones. I know there has been talk that you won't have issues with the freebies, but the others you run the risk of being kicked off of the sites.
