When you enter a park where you have an ADR at a restaurant, does it "count" as a park entry on your ticket? We're not planning on buying the park hopper option, but there may be days that we will visit one park but have ADR's at another. Can I do this without the park hopper?

If you enter a park even for dining it will count as a day. If you want to visit one park and eat in another I would suggest a park hopper otherwise you will need to visit only the park in which you want to dine.

You must have valid park admission to eat at a restaurant in a park. Thus, if you do not have parkhoppers you will not be able to eat at a restaurant in second park on the same day (aka if you go to MK in the morning, without a parkhopper ticket, you will not be able to eat at Coral Reef at Epcot that night).

You need to have a park ticket to enter, even for an ADR. So yes, the entry will count against your days and if you don't have a park hopper, you can't go to MK and go to Epcot that night for an ADR.

Sorry.
