Question About Resort Reservation With Tickets & MDE

So I have just booked a resort reservation with tickets. The reservation is showing in MDE but when I go and try to practice with Fastpass+ it's not showing any names to pick up.

Is the system that clever to know that I not within my 60 day window so won't show?

I thought with valid tickets I could book Fastpass+ within 30 days or are the tickets not valid until my checkin date?


I must add that I'm wasn't going to book fast passes just familiarise myself with the process. My check in is 03/25 so my window should open on Monday I believe

The system will open up/ allow you to start choosing at precisely the 60 day or 30 day mark depending if you are onsite or off. Yes it is that smart..

If you purchase tickets separately and link them to your MDE, then you can practice ahead of your 60- or 30-day window because those tickets are not part of a package linked to a resort reservation. As far as MDE is concerned, you might have purchased those tickets separately for an earlier visit. If you book a package with room and tickets, though, the system recognizes the connection (in other words, it "knows" you bought those tickets to use during that reservation period) and you will not be able to practice.
