question about reservation time and halloween party.

I just snagged a 3.55pm reservation for crystal palace on thurs 20th of october, I do not have regular park tickets for that day just the halloween party tickets, will I be able to make the reservation, I believe we are allowed in at 4pm is this true? if so if i hightail it to crystal palace will I be ok? what to do?

I think you'll be fine. Especially since people have been reporting consistently they've been let in around 3:45/3:50 at the front gates.

thank you so much for getting back to me, I offered to help a friend out with planning her first trip to disney, which in turn ended up with me planning the whole thing, ( not complaining I'm actually having fun) she leaves on Sunday and now I'm starting to panic... I've gotten lucky with my reservations but I was having trouble trying to find something for the halloween party night. I have a reservation for chef mickeys at 510pm but I don't want to waste her time especially if she can be in the park at 4pm, plus chefs mickeys is kinda ehh food wise.

You'll be let in at around 3:45pm to 3:50pm.
So as long as you go straight to CP you should be fine.

Arrive early so you can get through security and be among the first to enter the park when the party turnstiles are enabled. Castmembers just inside the turnstiles will be putting wristbands on party goers - be sure to get the wristbands before heading to CP.

I wouldn't worry about the wristbands if they are tight for time. They can get those later if need be.
