Question About Reservation Changes

Hello everyone,

We made reservations for Boardwalk for early November for three rooms...ourselves, my brother and sister-in-law, and my niece and her husband. My niece now, is expecting a baby right during the reservation period and we want to change the extra two rooms to other people. Does anyone know if that is allowed? The reservations for the two rooms we want to change are in my brother's name and my niece's name. We want to now change the two rooms to one room for friends of ours and one room for my husband's aunt.

Can you change the name on DVC room reservations?

Certainly. Assuming you are the member, and are not renting points from a member, just call Member Services, and tell them which names you want removed, and who you need to add.

If you have rented the reservation from a DVC Member, the member will need to call to make the change.

Yes, of course. As long as you're not changing dates or types of accommodations, no problem. Just call MS.

Oh, and, yes, we are the members who will be making the changes. We cannot wait. This trip to Boardwalk will follow a four-day Disney cruise. Just what the doctor order (not really....just what we want to do!).
