Question about reprimands

So I received my first reprimand about a month ago. When they called me in, they told me I had 3 consecutive absences and it was bringing up a reprimand on the computer.
I had been very sick, so I had actually missed a lot more days than 3. I had missed 7 all together. So in my mind I thought, Well, I'm going to be called back in probably next week once the computer turns up those absences and I'll get a second reprimand most likely.

But no one ever called me back in. I was called in one week after the 3 absences. It's been over a month since the other 4, and no call in.

I'm wondering now - can they not count those 4 because they didn't give me my first reprimand until after those points? Also, I had a class a few weeks after the reprimand about how the point system works. Does that mean they can't hold anything before the first reprimand against me because I didn't know how it worked yet?

I'm asking because sadly, my health hasn't been the best this program and I have 11 points total, enough that I would think would be 3 reprimands and 2 points. So I would think I absolutely cannot call in again.
But if those 4 don't count in the equation, and they won't factor those in when I get my second reprimand, which I'm sure I will soon, I still have a few call in days that I can save for emergencies.

Is this true?

There are 4 types of attendance reprimands (3/30, 6/90, 9/180, 12/365), which type did you get? You have to read your reprimand for the specifics, it will not be listed on your record card. When you pull up your record card, look at where your reprimand falls within your points. If your reprimand is 3/30, then any attendance points in the 30 days prior to your dated reprimand are considered part of that reprimand and they will not be counted against you for another reprimand.

Where can I see if it says 3/30? It just says CP attendance reprimand 1? 7 of the absences fall under it though. So will they not count in the second reprimand?

The way I had it explained to me by a manager is like this: A point can only contribute towards a reprimand ONCE. When you get a reprimand, it's kind of like those points get taken away in exchange for the reprimand. So once they have been used for a reprimand they can't be used towards any other reprimands. It's kind of confusing but hopefully it makes sense.
