Question about renting our DVC points

IF we ever needed to rent our points (hope that NEVER happens!), I'd be interested in learning what specific arrangements have worked the best - $$ in escrow, large deposits, etc. I am also interested in learning what our liability might be if we rented points and our "tenants" trashed the room or caused damage. TIA!!
