So you physically went out into the lot, picked out the car you wanted and then what did you do? Did you have to go back inside to get the key or was it handled in the garage? Please let me know all the details. We have only rented from
Alamo and National so we only know their routine. I have a bad allergy to fragrance & smoke so I have to get into several cars at Alamo before I find one that does not reek of air fragrance or smoke. I would love to have that option with Enterprise as I can't seem to get a decent rate with Alamo/National. Thanks.
I am sooooo frustrated with the high car rental rates.
