I'm a first time renter and found an owner that has been very helpful and friendly. They booked my reservation for me last week for early August and we set up an agreement for payment. I then asked if he would mind tweaking my dates for me a bit and he happily agreed. I responded asking him for his information so that I could pay in full. That was a couple of days ago and I have yet to receive a confirmation for the tweaked dates and also, my old reservation is still showing up in My Disney Experience. I've attempted to contact him numerous times, but I don't want to bother him anymore. At this point, I apparently have a confirmed reservation for my dates, based on his last contact with me, but I don't have the official confirmation, nor have I been able to make payment. Would an owner decide not to do business and just not let me know? Perhaps they found someone else they would rather rent to? Or is 2 days really not that long? I just don't know how long to give this before assuming that the deal is no longer happening.

2 Days is not a long time at all. An owner is not going to leave your reservation if they don't want to do business with you because they would lose their points.

Do you know what part of the Country he lives in? if he is in New England/partsof the Northeast there was a big storm this week maybe he doesnt have internet service.

Ok, thanks. I feel better knowing that two days isn't all that long. He was contacting me frequently until just a couple of days ago, so I wasn't sure. He lives in the upper-midwest.
