question about purchasing beerfest tickets

i would like to know what the current benefits are for the preferred annual passes. I have read somewhere about discounts on beerfest tickets but cannot remember where i saw it. I I also read somewhere that with the purchase of beerfest tickets it also admits you into the citywalk clubs. But it does not say if this applies for after 10pm when the clubs tipically charge a cover charge to get in. does anyone know the answer to this. does it cover after hours or not?
