That term usually refers to a reduction of the purchase price for any incentive that Disney is currently offering. So, if Disney is offering a $5/point incentive and you buy 200 points, your Developer's Credit will be $1,000. Hope that helps.

Another possible use of the term could be confused with Developer points. These are points given by the Developer when you buy. Lets say you buy 160 points, the developer might give you 160 one time use points at SSR for your next vacation.

All of these credits and incentives are tools that Disney uses to entice folks to buy. When sales are slow, more incentives will be offered. When sales are brisk, buyers will have trouble getting a free Fast Pass from their Guide.
